Terms of service

The service

These Terms of Service govern use of Sight, a service of 0-AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Neckartalstraße 127, 70376 Stuttgart, Germany ("we", "us" or "Sight"). Sight provides automated website audits and reports covering technical SEO, on-page and content signals, and AI-answer-engine visibility. Reports are available as one-time purchases or through paid subscriptions.

Accounts and eligibility

You may use the focused marketing tools without an account. One-time reports require an email for delivery. Saved sites, scheduled monitoring and subscription features require an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account, and you must provide accurate information. You must be able to enter a binding contract to purchase a paid plan.

Fair use

Only scan websites you own or are authorised to audit. Scheduled monitoring requires your explicit authorization and remains subject to rate and crawl limits. You must not use the service to disrupt third-party sites, to circumvent limits by automated means, or to resell access in a way that competes with us without authorisation.

Scores, in particular AI-visibility scores, are directional analyses, not guarantees of ranking, traffic or revenue.

Plans, payments and VAT

The current one-time report and subscription prices, included features, limits, billing intervals and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise the charge for the selected purchase or subscription.

Renewal, cancellation and withdrawal

Subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. One-time reports are digital content delivered after payment. Where a statutory consumer withdrawal right applies, the checkout flow requests the express consent and acknowledgement required for the immediate supply of digital content and any resulting loss of the withdrawal right.

Your content and ours

You keep all rights to the sites and content you submit, and grant us only the limited licence needed to crawl, analyse and report on them for you. The Sight platform, software, scoring methodology, and report designs remain our property. You may share your own reports; you may not copy or resell the platform itself.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that scans will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that acting on a report will change your rankings or revenue. Reports are decision-support tools, not professional advice.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability, including under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
